Consent

Based on the NIMHANS Telepsychiatry Operational Guidelines 2020.

I am booking this consultation for myself, not for another person or on someone else's behalf. As per NIMHANS telepsychiatry guidelines, I confirm my location at the time of consultation is within the jurisdiction of India. I'll be asked to confirm my identity and location on the call. This service isn't for emergencies. In an emergency I'll go to the nearest hospital or call 112 or Tele-MANAS 14416. I understand the doctor may switch to an in-person consultation or refer me if needed, for example in an emergency, if there's a risk to my safety or someone else's, or if there are concerns about my capacity to consent. I have read the terms and privacy policy.
